This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") supplements our Terms of Service and applies to all users of UTOPMED STUDIOS SRL.
You may not use the Service to:
- Break any applicable law or regulation.
- Infringe intellectual property, trade secrets, or privacy rights.
- Generate CSAM, non-consensual intimate imagery, or content that sexualizes minors.
- Create deceptive deepfakes of real people without explicit consent.
- Produce content promoting violence, terrorism, self-harm, or illegal drugs.
- Generate hateful content targeting protected characteristics.
- Distribute malware, viruses, or perform security attacks against any system.
- Send spam, unsolicited marketing, or phishing.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer the Service, extract training data, or evade our safety systems.
- Resell, sublicense, or white-label the Service without written permission.
Reporting abuse
Report violations to hello@adangel.app. We investigate every report.
Enforcement
Violations may result in content removal, account suspension or termination without refund, and where appropriate referral to law enforcement.
